This is the "Eigil B" when it was first commission in 1953. It is named after the Norwegian founder of Petersburg. |
This is the Eigil B today. |
We enjoy the view from the bridge. |
The engine room is meticulously kept and has two huge Cummings Engines. |
This is one of the bunk rooms for the crew. |
Chuck invited us back into the galley. |
He is quite the baker and shared his recipes with us. What a wonderful host and delightful person.
THANK YOU CHUCK! for a wonderful experience.

He was a good man and will be missed
Chuck raised and set the standard for running and keeping a Tender. The fleet would do well to follow his lead.
