This beautiful plethora of Dungeness Crab was caught here in Port McNeill. Louie's 3 hour process of cleaning, scrubbing and cooking yeilds this crab lovers dream. We will pick the meat from the shells to prepare the crab for pastas, omelets, cocktails and salads.
